- Negotiate contracts at the most favourable price to you as a buyer and on terms and conditions most suitable to you.
- Manage your purchase Contract to a successful conclusion.
- Provide ongoing market analysis and annual property reviews so that you can monitor the progress and growth of your investment.

- Initial discussions are held regarding the desired project outcome, time frame, budgets, feasabilities and necessary approvals required.
- A project implementation schedule created.
- Necessary Development applications and approvals sought.
- Appropriate contractors contracted.
- Strict supervision carried out throughout the development process.
- Regular progress meetings to discuss development issues and how the project is progressing in relation to budgets and time frames.
- Project managed through to completion.
In a Joint Venture
- Firstly INSIGHT carries out detailed market research for the demand of the type of the proposed development.
- A preliminary feasibility is carried out to determine the financial viability of the proposed development.
- Agreement is reached between INSIGHT and the property owners as to the time frame, costings and profit share for both parties on completion.
- Funds required made available by INSIGHT for the proposed development.
- INSIGHT project manages the development right through to completion of the project.
